Chad's roots trace back to Fort Wright, Kentucky, but Memphis became home when he was just seven years old, making him a true Memphian by heart. Before joining ContractingPRO, Chad spent years managing a downtown Memphis grocery store, where he developed a deep understanding of customer service, team accountability, and what it actually means to show up for people day after day.
That experience shaped how he thinks about every homeowner interaction: "people remember how you made them feel far longer than they remember what you sold them."

Chad spends his free time with his girlfriend, a talented singer, cheering her on at shows and enjoying everything Memphis has to offer musically. On quieter days, you'll find them out on the lake, cooking good food at home, or spending time caring for her horses, a pace of life that keeps him grounded and grateful.
